What happens if our unit requires parts that aren’t in stock?

If a unit requires parts that are not readily available, we assess the situation based on safety to determine if the unit can continue operating temporarily.

Meanwhile, our procurement team will source the required parts or liaise directly with your parts department to ensure they are delivered to the correct location. Once the parts arrive, we will dispatch an engineer to fit them at the unit’s home location, minimising disruption to your operations.
